Understanding

our users

Creating behavioral archetypes facilitates the development of better customised solutions by providing a comprehensive understanding of user needs, preferences, and motivations. By categorising users based on their behaviours, attitudes, and goals, we were able to tailor solutions to address specific user needs effectively.

This enables personalisation of content, features, and interactions, leading to improved user experiences, higher engagement, and increased retention. Behavioural archetypes also inform targeted communication strategies, optimise product development efforts.

User journeys

Creating patient journey based on a new drug allows us to oversee the entire lifecycle of a patient's experience, from initial diagnosis or symptom onset through treatment initiation, adherence, potential side effects, and outcomes. By mapping out these journeys, we gain valuable insights into the real-world effectiveness and impact of the drug on patients' lives.

This comprehensive understanding enables us to identify potential barriers to treatment access and adherence, tailor support interventions to specific patient needs, and optimise patient outcomes. Furthermore, by continuously monitoring and refining patient journeys, we can adapt strategies to address evolving patient needs and improve the overall quality of care provided.

The colour scheme has been created to help patients with eye strain. The screen displayed below is to help demonstrate how these colours can be combined to enhance the sensation of relaxation and how information can be communicated subtly.

With patients worried about their effects, (long and short) and frustrated because they have lost their productivity - simplistic interface is needed to accommodate to the anxiety of our patients. With the patients suffering with eye strain an initial colour scheme has been created surrounding warmer colours. warmer colours allow lower contrast without creating eye fatigue.
